This pivotal role is key to delivering on our mission. Save the Children’s ability to implement campaigns, build coalitions and mobilise the public is central to our aim of creating lasting positive change for the world’s poorest and most vulnerable children. The Campaign Manager will lead the development and implementation of cross-organisational campaign projects that contribute to the advocacy goals of “EVERY ONE”, Save the Children’s global campaign on child survival, and make a strong contribution towards the success of the campaign as a whole. You will make a key contribution to our global advocacy success in our priority areas, working as an integral member of the Save the Children International team.

 

This role carries significant leadership responsibilities. You will need to manage diverse external and internal relationships, and be able to build and lead coalitions for change. This will require a strong substantive grasp of Save the Children priorities and vision as well as personal stature based on past experience. You will need to be an excellent spoken and written communicator, and able to tailor messages to a variety of different audiences.

 

You will need excellent project management skills, experience of achieving change in the global south as well as in the global north and a clear understanding of how popular mobilisation helps to realise changes in policy and practice
