AlertNet is a leading humanitarian news website. Our readers include aid workers, journalists, academics, students, donors, and the general public. It is a unique platform for organisations working on humanitarian issues to communicate about their work.
AlertNet's member NGOs are at the cornerstone of our community. We currently have around 500 members from 95 countries worldwide.
Membership is open to all NGOs working on humanitarian issues such as providing aid in cases of natural disasters, health emergencies, post-conflict recovery situations or helping refugees and displaced persons. Read our membership criteria in full.
