April 28 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1300 GMT on Thursday.

KABUL - Two service members from the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) were killed on Wednesday, one by a homemade bomb in southern Afghanistan and one in an insurgent attack in the east, ISAF said in a statement late on Wednesday. It gave no other details.
The deaths brought to 10 the total number of ISAF troops killed on Wednesday in Afghanistan, one of the bloodiest days for foreign troops in months.
KANDAHAR - The governor of the jail in southern Kandahar province where hundreds of insurgents this week escaped through a tunnel built by the Taliban has been detained along with several top aides, an intelligence source told Reuters on Thursday. [ID:nL3E7FS0N4]
It was not immediately clear why the men had been arrested.
Following Monday's jailbreak, Afghanistan's Justice Minister said this week the Taliban must have received inside help from prison guards or officials. [ID:nL3E7FQ2JM]
* GHAZNI - Four Afghan private security guards and six Taliban insurgents were killed in a gun battle that broke out after the militants attacked a NATO supply convoy in Aband district of Ghazni province, southwest of Kabul, said provincial police chief, Zelawar Zahed.
