Feb 5 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 0740 GMT on Sunday.

* KABUL - An Afghan-led force supported by the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) killed an armed insurgent in the Tarin Kot district of Uruzgan province on Thursday, the coalition said in a statement.
KABUL - Joint Afghan and coalition security forces killed six armed insurgents during operations in the Helmand and Khost provinces in the past 24 hours, the Interior Ministry said in a statement. (Compiled by Kabul bureau)
