Feb 3 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1430 GMT on Friday.

* BAQUBA - A sticky bomb attached to the car of a mobile phone shop owner went off and critically injured him in central Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) northeast of Baghdad, according to the Baquba security operations command.
MOSUL - Four militants attacked an Asiacell equipment building late on Thursday and detonated explosives that knocked out the mobile phone operator's service to a wide area of Nineveh province, police and officials said. No one was hurt.
MUQDADIYA - Gunmen in a car opened fire on a civilian late on Thursday and killed him in front of his house in Muqdadiya, 80 km (50 miles) northeast of Baghdad, a source in the Baquba security operations centre said.
BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb exploded near a police patrol late on Thursday in Al-Shurta al-Khamissa District, south-western Baghdad, killing two civilians and wounding seven others, including three policemen, police and hospital sources said. (Reporting by Baghdad newsroom)
