TOKYO, April 28 (Reuters) - Japanese Economics Minister Kaoru Yosano said on Thursday he is not thinking of creating demand with fiscal stimulus just because the economy is slumping.

Yosano also told a news conference that he expects supply chains to recover much earlier than expected. (Reporting by Shinji Kitamura, writing by Leika Kihara; Editing by Joseph Radford)
