Magnitude 7.3 quake in Indian Ocean, 260 miles off Aceh

LONDON, Jan 10 (Reuters) - A magnitude 7.3 earthquake at a depth of 29 km (18 miles) was recorded on Tuesday, 420 km (260 miles) south west of Banda Aceh, Indonesia, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
No immediate tsunami warning was issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center for its Indian Ocean area.
