Morocco blast death toll rises to 15--state TV

RABAT, April 28 (Reuters) - The death toll from a bomb attack in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh has risen to 15 and includes 10 foreigners, state-run television reported.
Officials earlier said 14 people were killed. Quoting authorities, the state-run 2M television channel said the 15 dead comprised six French nationals, five Moroccans and four foreigners whose nationality it did not give.
