Typhoon Soulik is forecast to strike China as a tropical storm at about 18:00 GMT on 13 July.Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Centersuggest that the point of landfall will be near28.2 N,117.9 E.Soulik is expected to bring 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 83 km/h (51 mph).Wind gusts in the area may be considerably higher.
