Technicians work at a wind power station on Villanaco Hill in Loja, September 19, 2013. The Villonaco wind farm, which consists of 11 wind turbines, is situated at 2,720 metres (8,924 feet) above sea level and generate 16.5 megawatts of clean and renewable energy, which meets close to 46 percent of the local population's energy demand, according to Renewable Energy Specialist Lucas Troitino.
