BAGHDAD, Dec 8 (Reuters) - A series of bombings across Baghdad on Sunday killed at least 16 people, Iraqi police sources said.

The deadliest attack took place in the capital's predominently Shi'ite Muslim district of Bayaa when a bomb in a parked vehicle detonated near car workshops, killing seven and wounding 14, the sources said. (Reporting by Kareem Raheem, Writing by Sylvia Westall; Editing by Angus MacSwan)
