A Palestinian man covers his face to avoid inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli soldiers during clashes with stone-throwing Palestinian protesters after the funeral of Saeed Jaser Ali, 85, in the West Bank village of Kufr Kadum near Nablus January 2, 2014. Ali died on Thursday after inhaling tear gas fired by the Israeli army to disperse protesters in the occupied West Bank, witnesses said.
