This was a question in an online survey question asked to lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders, who often stay closeted for fear of humiliation and ostracism.

For last year's International Day Against Homophobia, the LGBT rights organisation Aibai Culture and Education Center (ACEC) published the results of their online survey about coming out at work. ACEC (aibai.com) is a non-profit organisation and the main source of Chinese language information for the LGBT community.
