BAGHDAD, June 16 (Reuters) - At least six people were killed and another 21 wounded on Saturday when a car bomb exploded in Baghdad's Kadhimiya district, where thousands of Shi'ite pilgrims had gathered to mark a major religious festival, police said.
Shi'ite pilgrims were targeted on Wednesday in a wave of attacks in Baghdad and across Iraq that killed 70 people in the worst single day of violence since U.S. troops left the country in December. (Reporting by Baghdad newsroom; writing by Patrick Markey)
