AMMAN, April 27 (Reuters) - The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Wednesday it had collected the names of at least 453 civilians killed during almost six weeks of pro-democracy protests in Syria.

Asked who killed them, Observatory director Rami Abdelrahman said: "It does not require a comment. The names we have are from Deraa, Damascus, rural Damascus and the coast." (Reporting by Khaled Yacoub Oweis, editing by Tim Pearce)
