Dec 3 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1130 GMT on Friday.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen shot and wounded Brigadier Ahmed Salih, the manager of the police intelligence department in Dhi Qar province, in north-central Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - A sniper shot dead an Iraqi soldier at a security checkpoint in west-central Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.

ABU GHRAIB - Gunmen shot dead a member of a government-backed Sunni militia in Abu Ghraib, on the western outskirts of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb targeting a government-backed Sunni militia unit exploded, killing one militia member and wounding another, on Thursday in the Radwaniya district of southern Baghdad, police said.
