Jan 18 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1400 GMT on Wednesday.

BAGHDAD - At least two rockets were fired from a vehicle at the Turkish embassy in northern Baghdad, one hitting a protective wall without causing injuries and the other striking a bank next door, Iraqi security and Turkish sources said.

MANDILI - Gunmen using silenced weapons shot dead two Kurdish Shi'ites in central Mandili, 100 km (60 miles) northeast of Baghdad, police said.

HASWA - A sticky bomb attached to a policeman's car went off, wounding him and his wife, late on Tuesday in Haswa, 50 km (30 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.

LATIFIYA - Gunmen stormed the house of a leader of the government-backed Sunni Sahwa militia, killing him and three of his sons and wounding three other sons late on Tuesday in Latifiya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, police said. (Compiled by Baghdad bureau)
