June 1 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1915 GMT on Wednesday.

* MUSSAYAB - Six people were killed and at least 11 wounded when a bomb exploded in a wedding party in al-Hamya village in Mussayab, 60 km (40 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Iraq's deputy minister human rights escaped unharmed when a parked car bomb exploded near his convoy in western Baghdad's Mansour district, an Interior Ministry source said. The source said two passers-by were also wounded in the incident.

BAGHDAD - A bomb wounded seven people in Andalus square in central Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source said.

JURF AL-SAKHAR - Gunmen in a car opened fire at a government-backed Sahwa militia local leader, killing him and wounding his bodyguard in Jurf al-Sakhar, 60 km (40 miles) south of Baghdad on Tuesday evening, police said.
