May 28 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1425 GMT on Saturday.

RAMADI - A suspected al Qaeda militant was killed in an exchange of fire with Iraqi security personnel on the western outskirts of Ramadi, 100 km (60 miles) west of Baghdad, police said. There had been a warrant out for his arrest.

KIRKUK - The bullet-ridden body of an unidentified man was found on Friday on a road in the southern part of the city of Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. (Compiled by Baghdad newsroom)
