Sept 10 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1900 GMT on Saturday.

* Indicates a new or updated item.

* BAQUBA - A bomb exploded in a cafe, killing two people and wounding eight others, in a village north of the city of Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) northeast of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen using silenced weapons opened fire at an Iraqi army checkpoint, killing three soldiers and wounding two civilians in Baghdad's northeastern Palestine Street, an Interior Ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen using silenced weapons opened fire at an Iraqi police checkpoint, killing one policeman in Baghdad's eastern Zayouna district, an Interior Ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen using silenced weapons shot dead the imam of a mosque near the mosque in Baghdad's southeastern Zaafaraniya district late on Friday, hospital and police sources said. (Compiled by Baghdad bureau)
