* SHABQADAR - A suicide bomber detonated his explosive vest next to a police vehicle in the Shabqadar area of the northwestern Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, killing a policeman, security officials said.
Four people, including a policeman, were also wounded in the attack, which happened after a rally held by a regional political party. A local faction of the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility. (Reporting by Shams Mohmand in GHALANAI and Jibran Ahmad in PESHAWAR)
