INSP, The coordinating body for the world's street newspapers serving the homeless, wants entries from mainstream media for its 2013 awards. Articles are sought for the "Special Award for External Press: Outstanding Reporting on Issues and Rights of Homeless People". Articles can come from both calendar year 2012 and 2011.
