HONOLULU, Oct 27 (Reuters) - A tsunami warning has been issued for the U.S. state of Hawaii after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Canada's British Columbia province late on Saturday.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued the alert, saying that the first tsunami wave could strike the islands at 10:28 pm Hawaii Standard Time.
