WASHINGTON, March 10 (Reuters) - The Defense Intelligence Agency chief on Thursday said imposition of a "no-fly" zone over Libya or any country that involved military force would be a textbook definition of an act of war.
"My understanding as I've studied in my schools, that would be considered an act of war," Lieutenant General Ronald Burgess, director of the intelligence agency, told a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing.
