CARACAS, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is undergoing "delicate" and "complex" alternative treatments after having cancer surgery in Cuba, Vice President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday.
The 58-year-old socialist leader has not been seen in public nor heard from in more than two months since his Dec. 11 operation, his fourth surgery for cancer in 18 months. (Reporting by Daniel Wallis; Editing by Sandra Maler)
