Reporting directly to the Deputy Regional Director (DRD) with indirect reporting (dotted line) to the Associate Director for Quality Assurance (ADQA), and working closely with the Medical Development Team in London and other internationally based medical advisors. This role will be based from one of our Asian programme offices and will be the lead for the Asian region.
Joining an established team your role will be to provide clinical leadership across 5 country programmes, supporting the Country Director and Clinical Lead. You'll have the opportunity to build capacity through 'training the trainer's and advising the clinical l eadership in the country programme in regard to strategic and governance clinical issues, through both remote and in-country support, to ensure that scale does not come at the price of quality and client safety.
We see this as a great opportunity for those with experience of working within family planning organisations, hospitals, private health having managed activities at a country / regional level in a clinical services manager or clinical service director role or similar. We are also keen to hear from doctors who are obstetric gynaecologists.
