Do you have at least 10 years of experience working in a communications and knowledge management role facilitating cross-organization learning, evidence sharing, and information dissemination?
Do you have excellent writing, editing and communication skills in English?

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work an innovative multi-country project, Building Resilient Urban Communities in Asia. As a communication & knowledge management specialist, you will enable the sharing of experience, knowledge and learning by stakeholders in participating cities.
You will capture and communicate knowledge and evidence in support of the project’s influencing goals, and share learning via the Resilience Knowledge Hub (RKH) and Asia Resilience Hub (ARH) with Oxfam country teams and promote BRUC’s learning in the sector of urban resilience.
What we are looking for
As a communications & knowledge management specialist, you will have strong inter-personal skills, engaging and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders including senior government and ADB officials. You would lead the development and delivery of Oxfam’s influencing and advocacy strategy within the project as well as support the regional platform in achieving Oxfam’s institutional influencing strategy with ADB.
You will be one of Oxfam’s most visible people in the region and in the ADB, and will be expected to represent our values at all times.
