The IRC’s Revenue Department, which raises more than $70 million in private-sector funds annually, seeks a Project Manager to assure timely and quality outcomes for a range of core and initiative-based fundraising, marketing, and awareness-building projects. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, the Project Manager will interact with all levels of staff to develop short- and long-term plans, maintain coordinated timetables, monitor progress toward goals and deliverables, and manage risk. Primary Responsibilities :

  • Work with the Director, FE/PM, to establish, support, and revise systems and protocols that ensure the intra- and inter-departmental coordination necessary for successful fundraising and constituent engagement outcomes.

  • Manage procedures for identifying, tracking, communicating, and logging resolutions to issues that pose a risk to the successful implementation of approved plans and to the continued execution of established protocols and business processes.

  • Develop strategies for, and lead, regular onboarding and training of Department staff in use of project management protocols and tools.
