Role overview
Work with VSO Cambodia staff to revise TVET signature package and to build staff' technical capacity to lead the programme design. Build upon VSO's existing assessment of TVET in agriculture to find out if VSO can really work in this sector.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Essential

• Experience in programme/project design and management.
• Experience in working in TVET sector
• Ability to train, coach and mentor others
• All applicants must possess strong written and spoken English language skills. Applicants may be required to take a VSO language test as part of the selection process.

Desirable

• Understand about TVET development in least developed countries particularly in South and Southeast Asia.

The job can start as soon as possible. Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis.
