Role overview
The objectives of the placement are:
•  Build the capacity of TTC trainers in primary school subject content and pedagogical content knowledge, especially English, science and maths.
•  Collate and fully utilise teacher training resources developed by MoEYS, VSO and others.
•  Build the capacity of PTTC leadership in planning, management and analysing and developing trainer capacity.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
1. Essential qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree or post-graduate certificate in education and a master’s degree in education or another social science discipline.

2. Essential work experience/skills:
• Teaching experience at primary level
• Teacher training / mentoring e.g. Experience in Teacher Training College or Professional Organisation or as a head of department or senior teacher

We are looking for 7 teacher training advisers for 7 different locations in Cambodia.
