CARE is seeking an Acquisition Fundraising Specialist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production and creative processes for the Acquisition and Acknowledgement programs. The position reports to the Offline Fundraising Manager. The responsibilities of this role directly impact the generation of unrestricted revenue through the generation of new donors to CARE. This position assures the annual strategic plan is implemented correctly and on schedule. The position assists the Offline Fundraising Manager with budgeting and invoicing responsibilities. Also works with the manager on reporting campaign performance. Communicates with other DM specialists/program managers and outside agencies to assure the creative and production aspects of a campaign reflects the strategic objectives established. Key steps include coordinating, implementing, and monitoring both creative and production strategies such as resource gathering/routing and data/layout QC for each campaign. Responsibilities also include researching and working with the outside agency(ies) to select creative resources and photos to be used. Also responsible for communicating the strategic initiatives for each campaign to the Fundraising Operations and Constituent Services teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2 - 5 years in direct marketing or other business areas, e.g. finance, data analysis
