The Foundation stands for human rights, women’s empowerment, anti-corruption and for the rule of law.

With over 70 staff members around the world and offices in 10 locations across the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe, the Foundation has quickly become a point of reference in the corporate philanthropic world.

  • We have been training journalists and media professional and improving standards of journalism around the world since 1982. We also build platforms for independent journalism like Aswat Masriya, the Egyptian website that has quickly established itself as an authoritative source of independent news, helping the country in its difficult transition to democracy
  • We host the Trust Women conference, an influential international gathering with one clear mission: to put the full force of the law behind women’s rights, and to take Action. Every year we forge new strategic commitments to help women to know and defend their rights
