British Red Cross is seeking a dynamic Country Representative, with solid field management experience in the South Asia region, to head its operations in Bangladesh. You will be responsible for the management, coordination and monitoring of the BRC funded programme portfolio, maintaining a strong partnership with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. You will be a strategic thinker, leading the implementation and direction of the BRC Bangladesh Country Strategy and motivating a national staff and delegate team. You will use your previous experience of networking and external representation to engage proactively with the RC/RC Movement and a range of stakeholders in country, whilst also ensuring strong links with the UK based South Asia team and technical advisors.
