We are currently looking for an Operations Team Support Officer, to be based out of our office near Trafalgar Square, London on a 5 months fixed term contract.

In this role you will work closely with the Operations Management Team Support Manager on the coordination of all projects and providing operational and administrative support to the entire team. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, country visits and the teams’ work-plan along with supporting centrally managed funds and ensuring an efficient and largely self-servicing administrative environment to support the functioning of the team.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in an international organisation, strong numerical skills and preferably some experience with budget monitoring. You’ll bring strong administrative experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a flexible and proactive approach.
