The Medical Development Team (MDT) provides expert clinical support to country programmes, mainly through developing and disseminating clinical guidelines, policies, and trainings. MDT quality assures service provision through setting quality criteria, identifying and enabling best practice, reviewing services, assisting in the management of clinical risk, and assisting countries in learning from clinical incidents. The long-term strategy of the MDT is to help build capacity in country programmes to maintain clinical quality, client safety, and an acceptable clinical risk across all service delivery channels
About the role
The role of the Quality and Risk Data Analyst is to undertake the extraction, analysis, and presentation of clinical quality and risk related data from a wide range of sources across the organisation. The role will support the provision of information used both within MDT and other teams within the organisation including country programmes to support business requirements by ensuring accurate data related to clinical quality and risk is available in a timely manner
About you
We see you bringing to the role experience in data analysis, interpretation and report writing, ideally with experience in health or international development (not essential).
