As Regional HR Coordinator- Middle East you will significantly contribute to our programmes across several countries in the Middle East and support our HR function across the region as needed. You will join a committed and exciting team, HR advice and support to prioritised Middle Eastern countries. You will play a critical call role in the regional HR team, deputising for the Regional HR Manager for the Middle East and CIS on a regular basis.
An excellent team player and self motivated individual you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and supporting HR work in diverse contexts across the Middle East. Committed to staff capacity development you will also be keen on continuously learning and adapting to changing environments. An experienced HR generalist, you will have previous experience in an INGO setting and enjoy working across the whole spectrum of the HR function, from Reward, Resourcing and Employee Relations to Learning & Development and Change Management.
