The Role

 

As a Team Support Officer(TSO), you will play a linchpin role in enabling strong and efficient operations in the Programme Strategy and Impact Team (PSI) Team, supporting colleagues in PSI and enabling them to best contribute to Oxfam’s mission. The role will be working as part of a cadre of Team Support Officers located across IPT.

 

You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Head of PSI and PA to the Head of PSI, working together to ensure the support needs of the team are identified and delivered in a pro-active and collaborative manner. Specific responsibilities might include supporting on correspondence and communications, buying for the department following Procurement procedures, cover tasks across the team when there are absences, arranging meetings, supporting global events by providing logistical support.

 

What we are looking for

 

Oxfam is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced administrator with high-level attention to detail. You will have proven experience in using and creating business processes and systems to assist with the smooth running of the team. You will be adaptable and flexible and highly skilled at networking and collaborating with and supporting a wide range of stakeholders and team members.

Salary: £19,312-£28,82 pa depending on experience
