About VSO
VSO is the world’s leading independent international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries. Our high-impact approach brings people together to share skills, build capabilities, promote international understanding and action to change lives and make the world a fairer place.

Role overview
This role is key in helping us raise essential funds so that we can continue sending volunteers that are so desperately needed to improve and save lives. You’ll be working on a range of direct marketing channels to deliver a range of supporter retention and gifts in Wills campaigns.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
We are looking for a marketing or fundraising professional with experience of managing direct marketing campaigns. You’ll also have excellent communication skills as you will be talking and writing to supporters to inspire them about VSO’s work around the world. You don’t necessarily need knowledge of Wills or legacy fundraising – but if you do, that’s even better. What we’re looking for is someone with a passion for marketing, who can deliver impressive events, high quality campaigns, inspiring presentations and connect people with VSO’s work and the gifts in Wills message.

Think you’ve got the skills and the passion? Get in touch, we’d love to hear from you! Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as VSO is unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
