The Position
This entry level role will be based within the Media Development team and the successful candidate will provide a range of support to multiple media development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of overall project spend by preparing and reconciling monthly accounts and forecasts for projects

- Assist Project Managers with financial donor reporting, including preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts.

- Collect and analyse project metrics as required by donors and the Foundation- Record keeping and management of documentation (receipts, invoices etc) for projects

- Processing payments and invoices, including managing petty cash for projects.

- To assist with other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated with ability to work with multiple members of a team
- Comfortable with numbers, statistics and spreadsheets
- Some experience of finance/administration work is a plus, including experience of systems for processing payments and invoices
- Fluency in English is required
- Must be fully competent in Excel – candidates will need to demonstrate this at interview stage
- Competency in other office applications including Word and Outlook
