Oxfam is seeking to boost its work on inequality in countries across the world, from Zambia to Indonesia, from Ghana to Colombia.
We want to work with civil society allies in countries across the world to build popular campaigns in many countries demanding action to tackle inequality.We want to design world class programmes that will help tackle the inequality crisis before it is too late, working with progressive donors and governments to implement policies to make countries more equal. This job would be at the heart of this work, working directly with countries to help build this work.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the need to tackle inequality, who is experienced in programme design and supporting campaigning in developing countries.
This is a fixed term maternity-cover contract of approximately 15 months in length.
