The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team within Oxfam dedicated to providing specialist recruitment support across the organisation.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about resourcing to support and deliver excellent quality recruitment experiences for candidates and managers.
You will be part of new team reporting into the Recruitment Adviser and Team Leader. This is a new role, so you will need to be flexible in your approach with the ability to generate and share new and innovative ideas to support and drive Oxfam’s recruitment ambition.
What we’re looking for
You will be an excellent team player with a strong background in recruitment practices, with good working knowledge of how to optimise recruitment systems and external recruitment platforms including (but not limited to) the internet and social media.
You will be responsible for providing support to HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers with recruitment and immigration help and advice. You will have excellent interpersonal, organisation and coordination skills and the ability to prioritise workload whilst remaining calm under pressure at all times.
Attention to detail as well as maintaining confidentiality is paramount as you will be trusted with and have access to candidate information.
If you have a can do attitude, and are passionate about resourcing, then you might be the right person for the job.
This role is based in Oxford.
Two fixed term positions are available, one is one year in length, the second is two years in length.
