Do you have significant project management experience?

If the answer is yes, then, we would like to hear from you.

Our team:

The purpose of the UK Programme team in Scotland is to identify and challenge the root causes of poverty in the UK and across the world. We do this through evidence based direct advocacy, by empowering people living in poverty to speak out and by connecting global and UK perspectives and solutions. This role sits within our team based in the Glasgow office.

What we are looking for:

As campaigns manager, you will have practical experience of developing and delivering campaigns encompassing public and political influencing, and of developing and working in partnerships with others to drive change. You will be a skilled influencer and have significant and proven experience in using communications to achieve change. You’ll also have strong knowledge and understanding of the political context in Scotland, and across the UK, and a proven ability to influence political change.

Your creative approach to problem-solving, and flexibility when it comes to planning and decision-making, will enable you to make the most of every new opportunity with an energy and enthusiasm that creates significant space for others to follow. You’ll need to combine that fresh-thinking with the confidence and credibility to represent Oxfam to a variety of audiences – internal and external – whilst prioritising effectively and reflecting available resources. You’ll do all this whilst operating at a senior level in our team and delivering to the highest of standards.

In return, we offer fair pay and competitive benefits package (see our Oxfam’s Promise attachment for more details)

Please note candidates must have right to work & reside in the UK in order to apply for this role.
