We are looking to recruit a Community Mobiliser to work in our Water , Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion programmes as a member of the RRT.  Using anthropological skills the post holder will enable our programmes to be underpinned by a good  understanding of communities’ beliefs, behaviours and perceptions,  enabling  the WASH teams to adapt and/or revise their approaches and interventions and  develop appropriate tools and ways of working with communities to enhance community participation and gender equality.
