CaLP enables collaboration between organisations, supporting them to make their progress by brining organisations together to strengthen capacity, knowledge and commitment for cash transfer programming across the humanitarian sector.

This senior position leads CaLP’s work in the Middle East region as the face of CaLP and involves working closely with major humanitarian actors to identify and deliver strategic opportunities to advance CaLP’s mission.

In this multi-faceted and challenging role you will be responsible for proactively influencing the policy debate in the region as well as planning, funding and managing the delivery of CaLP’s activities including capacity building, research and knowledge management and strengthening coordination. You will also be able to make a true difference to the work of Oxfam GB and CaLP globally through playing a significant role in shaping and representing CaLP at the global level.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager and leader who has responsible for strategy, staff planning, delivery, budgets and representation in an aid context. You will also be expected to have an understanding of Cash Transfer Programming in a humanitarian context as well as an understanding of the international humanitarian system at regional and global levels.

You should also have experience across CaLP’s core activities, a detailed understanding of the MENA regional/countries’ context, strong project and financial management skills as well as experience working with major humanitarian donor grant management and reporting procedures.

If you have a passion for the work of CaLP and Oxfam GB’s work in the MENA Region this is the perfect opportunity for you!
