The Role

 

As programme development finance manager you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, advisory expertise and capacity building support to the organisation on proposal development, in particular on budget design and maximising direct and indirect cost recovery from restricted funding. You will also work with the Programme Funding team to support financial analysis for commercial opportunities.

 

What we are looking for

 

We are looking for a high performing individual with strong expertise in all financial aspects of restricted fund budgeting and good knowledge of institutional donor finance requirements and funding mechanisms. You will  be a self-confident individual with proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with a varied mix of stakeholders. you will have good influencing and negotiating skills as a main function within the role is to work with country teams to correctly articulate donor budgets.

Salary: Competitive – depending on experience
