About the role
Based in London, this senior role (1 report), with a dotted line report into the Country Director and Deputy Regional Director will see you provide full support and oversight to the Pakistan Programme and Marie Stopes Society (MSS), bring a thought leader to the Country Director and MSS's Sen ior Management Team, providing and co-ordinating strategic, operational and technical inputs to support the programmes to achieve MSS's mission and strategic goals and to ensure that programmes are delivered to meet the compliance requirements of the donors.

You'll be required to influence at a senior level, establishing credibility through adding value in terms of programme development and support.

The role will be the ambassador for the programme at headquarters and also act in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team for the country programme with a minimum of 25% in-country presence.

About you
We see you bringing to the role programme / project management experience in a developing country context, preferably gained within the reproductive healthcare sector or related field. You'll have proven programmatic financial management skills and have managed large private and public donor supported projects , ideally in the health sector (particularly USAID & DFID).
