The Job Purpose is to contribute and implement Oxfam`s Global strategy, by providing vision and strategic direction to all of Oxfam`s work in Zambia.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional Leadership skills as the role entails managing the work in the country which includes staff, budgets, funding, programme and ensuring that managers in the country are in accordance with Oxfam`s policies and procedures. Ability to maximise fundraising from diverse institutions, both local and international . Proven experience of crisis management and security management.
The candidate will lead the design, communication and implementation of One Oxfam Structure, in a participatory process with the support of the Change Management Task Force.The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skill as the role entails representing Oxfam and country programme nationally and globally.
