At Marie Stopes International, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Donor team plays a critical role in implementing a diverse portfolio of global, regional, and bilateral family planning programmes.
The Project Lead, Youth and Adolescents position is envisioned to oversee the strategic management and implementation of a three-year, multi-country youth and adolescent contraception and sexual and reproductive health program funded by BMGF and the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). This project will focus on identifying youth-driven solutions through user-centred design processes and targeted segmenting to increase both demand for and access to a full range of quality, voluntary contraceptive services.
We are seeking a seasoned manager with a demonstrated ability to oversee a diverse consortium of implementing partners in the delivery of large donor-funded health programmes.
This Project Lead's portfolio will include projects with activities focused on youth insight generation, user-centred design, behaviour change communications, family planning service delivery, mobile health, and youth development.
The ideal candidates will have experience in marketing, social entrepreneurship, and managing consumer insights, preferably in the area of family planning and sexual and reproductive health.
This recruitment is subject to funding approval. We will be reviewing applications as they are submitted.
