Admin and IT Assistant

  • Full-time (37.5 hours), London-based
  • 25 days annual leave pa + 3 Christmas office closure days + UK bank holidays
  • Season ticket loan, childcare voucher scheme and bike hire purchase scheme
  • Closing date: 5pm (UK time) Sunday 11 January 2014. 
  • Interviews: week commencing 12 January 2014
  • Start date: As soon as possible. 

This is an opportunity to join an expanding peacebuilding organisation based in an attractive location in north London.  Conciliation Resources is a leading organisation in the field of peacebuilding and conflict resolution.

We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic Admin and IT Assistant to join our staff team responsible for the core functions of the organisation.

The postholder will be responsible for providing administrative, including office administration, and IT support in a Mac-based environment, human resources, health and safety and general reception duties. This is a reception based role in a busy, fast paced environment. 

Candidates should have excellent administration, interpersonal, communication and IT skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously, on their own initiative, as well as in a team. A no job too small outlook and a willingness to take on the more routine office tasks as well as the more involved aspects of the role would be advantageous.
