About us
Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN) is a well established NGO delivering Family Planning and Reproductive Health services through out the country via centres, mobile outreach teams to remote areas and social marketing.

We work in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global social business providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual's fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

About the role
As a senior management team member you will be responsible for leading our country]wide operations, currently including 37 static centres and 15 mobile outreach teams to remote areas.

You will have the opportunity to bring modern business approaches, effective project management skills and new innovations for growth to achieve financial sustainability.

We see you delive ring this through:
* Delivering operational effectiveness through new business models
* Creating and implementing efficient operational process and systems
* Robust financial and project management
* Ensuring high quality clinical standards and client care through solid leadership

About you
We see you as having solid experience at a senior management level in strategy, operational delivery, and project management. You will be able to demonstrate having shaped operational delivery for increased financial results.

Crucially we are looking for someone to embrace new ways of working, use their initiative, take on multiple tasks, be a team player, and deliver solid financial results to ensure we can expand our services to more men and women in Nepal.
